CANCELLATION POLICY
My no show policy is as follows If you need to cancel your appointment or reschedule it. Just call me at the shop or handle it online. Doesn’t matter if it’s 10 minutes before the appointment. For appointments that don’t show up we will charge 75% of the service charge.
